Summer touch rugby has started (as of June 4th)
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to show up and get a run in. Bring a light colored and dark colored T-shirt. It's also a great time to introduce someone new to the game, it's a very easy going atmosphere. |

The road to the playoffs was paved in part by the support of our rugby community, and that includes our sponsors. Today, we feature a major new addition to that community -- the Orthopedic Center for Sports Medicine. With offices in Kenner and Metairie, Drs. Charles Murphy, Thomas Lyons, and Luis M. Espinoza specialize in care for recreational and pro athletes alike. They served as the official orthopedic consultant to the Zephyrs for more than 10 years and use a unique approach to combine doctor visits, physical therapy and MRI scans all under one roof.
Several members of the NORFC community have turned to the center for their own needs, and were impressed by the quality of care. In turn, the center’s leadership was impressed by what they saw in the NORFC and a partnership was born.
If you need services or would like to request an appointment, you can reach the Orthopedic Center for Sports Medicine at 504-467-5900 or 504-889-2663. For more information, click here. |
