After Katrina applied for a grant to become a World Rugby Educator

  • 2006 World Rugby Educator of Match Officials / Ottawa, Canada

  • Selected to server on USA Rugby Referee Training Committee

  • 2010 Asked by USA Rugby and World Rugby to becomes a World Rugby Trainer

  • (WR Trainers teach and Certify Educators who teach the courses)

  • 2010 World Rugby Trainer / Chicago, Illinois / Denver Colorado

  • 2012-2020 Chairman of USA Rugby Referee Training Committee
